Throwing it back to 2018 when Travis Scott took over the sneaker world with the ground breaking collaboration with Jordan Brand. The Jordan 4 Cactus Jack had collectors and hype beasts going crazy with an instant sell out, marking a new era for the industry. Bringing it back to the present and 12 amazing and refreshing collaborations later to 2023, Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are about to make history again with the 13th and final Jordan 1 Low women’s exclusive.
Integrating the backward-Swoosh signature style once again on this final Jordan 1 low pair. First images leaked as far back as early 2022, which had Travis Scott enthusiasts going crazy for them early on. The Travis Scott x Jordan collaboration has now recently surfaced with official images of its Olive treated low top ahead of the pair’s release later on this month. The silhouette shows off its typical assortment of premium looks, dipping its tumbled leather overlays in Sail while sitting atop a contrasting charcoal soft suede. Staying in touch with his already expansive collaborative catalog of the very best Jordan’s, Cactus Jack branding scatters the insoles and upper tongue while pairing with the Jumpman logo on the heel in a splash of red. Olive tinted Swooshes coordinate with the tread underfoot for a tasteful accent while the aged aesthetic applied to the midsole ties up the fifth and final Jordan 1 Low collaboration to hit retail stores.
Scheduled to release on April 26th in women’s, pre-school and toddler sizing, anyone having a foot size over US12/ UK9.5 will have to go without. Rumours of 15,000 pairs are to be released worldwide, which seems a lot but taking into consideration the millions of Travis Scott fans around the globe, these will follow suit with every past Jordan collaboration and be extremely difficult to cop. We expect these to hit big resell numbers for those who will unfortunately miss out on release day, expected resell to be £500-800 on the initial release and to drop slightly when individuals get their pairs in hand. Higher sizes seem to be the money makers for the women’s exclusive. From the team at Fluential we wish all who go for them the best of luck.
