Shipping Policy
Please be advised that after your order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made to the delivery address, method, or any of the order details, such as product type, quantity, size, or color.
Delivery requires a signature and someone other than yourself can sign on your behalf.
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery on the next business day.
Refund Policy
Sneakers must be returned in their original state, along with the original shoe box and an outer protective box. Any returns that are not sent in an outer box may be rejected and sent back to the customer if damaged. If the return is not accepted, the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost to have the item returned to them. Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code can only be exchanged for store credit. The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a return.
Refund Timeframe
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you a notification email to inform you that we have received it. We will also update you on the status of your refund, whether it has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the process will be initiated and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
